CCW & Fingerprint Schedule

CCW’s and fingerprints will be done Mondays 10am to 3pm, Wednesdays 10am to 3pm, Thursdays 1pm to 3pm, Fridays 9am to 1pm. Will take Check , Money Order or Exact Cash
Fingerprint Fees are $30 BCI & $30 FBI
CCW Fees: New $67 if you have picture – $70 if we take picture. Renew $50 if you have picture $53 if we take picture. Non-Ohio Resident in last 5 years $10 more. Previous or current Military free with Honorable Discharge
New CCW’s – 1) Certificate of course completion w/ORC # on it 2) Drivers license 3) Application completely filled out (can print from Ohio Atty General website or we have them here) 4) Passport picture or we can take picture for $3.00
Renew CCW’s – 1) CCW card 2) Drivers License 3) Application 4) Passport picture or we can take picture for $3.00
Previous or Currently Active Military CCW’s – 1) DD214 showing Honorable Discharge or Currently active paperwork or Military ID Card 2) Drivers License 3) Application 4) Passport picture or we can take it
CCW cards can be picked up anytime after you are notified that it has been issued.
